Payment Policies 

All fees are due at the time services are rendered.  We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.   

Any previously unpaid balances are due prior to rendering additional services.  

There will be a 2% per month service charge (minimum $5.00) added on to all balances 30 days past due.  Past due accounts will be referred to a collection agency and will incur a collection fee of $45 per account.
